Compensation: $35.00 to $50.00 per hour + Commissions

Compensation Structure:

• Strong base pay of $35.00 to $50.00 per hour based on experience.
• Highly rewarding commission structure based on performance and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive service, diagnostics, and repairs on residential heating and cooling systems.
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their HVAC systems and confidently present repair or replacement options.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call, building trust and loyalty.
• Participate actively in ongoing technical training and sales coaching to maximize your earning potential.
• Maintain an organized work environment and submit accurate job documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated residential HVAC experience is required.
• Active EPA Certification is a strict requirement.
• NATE Certification is highly preferred.
• Experience with Boilers is a strong plus.
• Active Comp cards are a plus.
• Coachable attitude with a strong focus on team culture and sales growth.
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
