We're looking for an accomplished Residential HVAC Service Technician who wants steady work, strong earning potential, quality customers, and a company that values experienced technicians.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for someone who knows residential HVAC, can troubleshoot independently, and understands that exceptional service is about more than replacing parts.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC, electrical, control, and airflow issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and detailed system inspections
• Identify system concerns before they become bigger problems
• Explain findings and options clearly to homeowners
• Make appropriate repair, maintenance, and replacement recommendations
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment in customers' homes
• Deliver the level of service that earns repeat business and referrals

We're Looking for a Technician Who

• Has 3+ years of residential HVAC service and troubleshooting experience
• Is confident working independently on service calls
• Has strong diagnostic skills across heating and cooling equipment
• Understands electrical controls, airflow, refrigeration, and system performance
• Communicates comfortably with homeowners
• Takes pride in clean workmanship and professional presentation
• Can recommend solutions without high-pressure sales tactics
• Is dependable, organized, and accountable
• Is comfortable using tablets and service software
• Has a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus, but we'll train the right technician.

Advanced certifications, extensive diagnostic experience, and 5+ years in residential service are highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits

• $35-$50 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and technical capability
