What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and indoor air quality equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and replacement solutions when appropriate
- Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders using company technology
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
What You Need
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on residential heating and cooling systems
- EPA Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
