What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
• Clearly explain repair options to homeowners
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Represent Call Dad with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of residential field HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

What You'll Get

• Competitive hourly base pay often times in the $28.00 - $32.00 p/hr range
• Commission and performance pay on top of hourly that rewards top performers
