Compensation 

Competitive Hourly Pay: 

$35–$55+ per hour depending on experience

What You'll Do 

  • Diagnose residential HVAC systems
  • Perform repairs on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits
  • Conduct system safety inspections
  • Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
  • Recommend solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability
  • Generate replacement opportunities when appropriate

Experience We're Looking For 

✔ 3+ years residential HVAC service experience

✔ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

✔ Experience servicing:

  • Air conditioners

✔ Ability to communicate technical information to homeowners

✔ EPA Certification

✔ Clean driving record
