Hales AC is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians to serve homeowners across St. Petersburg, Pinellas County, Hillsborough County, and nearby Tampa Bay communities. What you will do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential air conditioning, heat pump, air handler, ductless, thermostat, and ventilation systems.
- Give customers clear options, upfront explanations, and professional service on every call.
- Complete accurate service records, parts usage, and job notes.
- Participate in the rotating evening and weekend schedule that supports our 24/7 service promise.
- Keep learning as equipment, codes, tools, and customer expectations evolve.
