Job Title: HVAC Service Technician (Up to $5,000 Sign On Bonus)

What You Will Do:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems efficiently and to code.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, keeping them informed on timelines, processes, and required repairs.
- Maintain a clean, well stocked, and organized service van.
- Participate in ongoing team meetings and technical training to continuously sharpen your skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience performing thorough HVAC inspections, repairs, and replacements.
- Deep knowledge of state and federal HVAC codes, including necessary electrical work.
- Valid Utah Driver License with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance, strong critical thinking, and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 75 pounds and repetitively lift 40 to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in extreme weather, confined spaces, attics, and on ladders.
