You'll independently manage daily service calls, perform equipment inspections, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, and provide customers with honest recommendations for repairs, maintenance, indoor air quality products, and system upgrades. You'll also complete service documentation accurately, maintain a professional company image, and build lasting customer relationships through exceptional workmanship and service.QualificationsWe're looking for technicians with at least two years of residential HVAC service experience and a strong understanding of troubleshooting, diagnostics, and equipment repair. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, communicating technical information clearly with homeowners, and consistently delivering a high level of customer service.EPA Certification is required. Additional HVAC certifications are welcomed.
