Residential HVAC Service Technician

We're looking for a Residential Service Technician who can handle daily calls with confidence, diagnose issues, repair systems, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a service/repair role (install time does not count toward service experience requirements). Company vehicle provided; rotating on-call required.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Explain findings and solutions clearly to homeowners
• Complete service documentation and follow quality/safety standards
• Coordinate with dispatch/office for efficient daily routing
• Participate in rotating on-call (currently ~1 night/week + ~1 weekend/month)

Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred (diagnostics/repair)
• Journeyman license required
• Valid driver's license and good driving record (MVR)
• Technicians must reside within approximately 30 minutes of Tulsa for on-call rotation
• Reliable, hardworking, no-drama attitude, and strong communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Pay: $27 to $32 per hour, depending on experience
