We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join a growing home-services team in West Bend, Wisconsin. This position involves diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while providing homeowners with reliable, professional service.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential heating, air-conditioning, and ventilation systems
- Perform scheduled maintenance, tune-ups, and complete system inspections
- Identify equipment failures and recommend appropriate solutions
- Repair or replace compressors, motors, thermostats, fans, electrical components, and other HVAC parts
- Test completed work to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently
- Explain system conditions and available repair options clearly to homeowners
- Provide professional and respectful customer service during every appointment
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials used, and equipment conditions
- Coordinate with dispatchers and field leadership to complete scheduled service calls
- Follow applicable HVAC codes, safety requirements, and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area
- Participate in training to stay current with equipment and industry practices
Qualifications
- Previous residential HVAC service or maintenance experience
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills
- Knowledge of residential heating and cooling equipment
- EPA certification preferred
- Additional HVAC licenses or certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service appointments
- Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, confined areas, and varying weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
