GREAT PAY

Depending on experience, you earn $25.00 - $35.00/hour. You're also eligible for bonuses.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Our Residential HVAC Tech works 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with some on-call and overtime. You also work every other Saturday.

Every day presents new puzzles to solve as you visit customers' homes, assess their heating and air conditioning equipment, and perform accurate repairs, replacements, and maintenance. You communicate with clients, provide great customer service, clearly explain service options, and make personalized recommendations to optimize each unique system. Paying close attention to detail, you diagnose system issues, perform the appropriate services, and accurately document your work. You follow safety protocols, meet quality standards, and help convert one-time calls into lifelong customers!

REQUIREMENTS

• EPA certification
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain, repair, and replace residential split systems, package units, and ductless systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose heating and air conditioning equipment
• Communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to serve the South Hampton Roads region

• NATE certification
• 3+ years of field service experience
• Experience with answering customer questions, resolving complaints, and providing technical guidance
