What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain primarily residential HVAC systems
• Occasionally assist with light commercial service work
• Troubleshoot system issues and deliver reliable solutions
• Support and guide less-experienced technicians when needed
• Provide a professional, customer-focused service experience

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Overtime opportunities available

Compensation

• $30-$45 per hour, based on experience
• Additional earning potential through incentives

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
• Boiler experience is helpful, but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• EPA Universal Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• NATE certification is a plus
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Strong communication skills with customers
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 20 feet
• Leadership potential and willingness to help others grow
