Job Duties:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and control components
- Perform advanced system repairs on residential heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Identify root causes of system failures and provide effective, long-term repair solutions
- Complete detailed service reports, including findings, parts used, and work performed
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and ensure tools and equipment are in proper working condition
- Follow all safety procedures, codes, and company standards while working in residential environments
- Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a residential service HVAC tech
- High School or Trade School Graduate or GED
- EPA Universal license
- At least 5 years of experience in residential hvac service
- Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean record
- Able to pass a background check
