We are hiring an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team in the Fort Pierce area. This is an opportunity for a proven technician who can independently diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems while providing excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Perform preventive maintenance and installations
Accurately identify system issues and recommend appropriate repairs or solutions
Clearly explain findings and repair options to homeowners
Identify replacement and upgrade opportunities when appropriate
Complete service documentation using company technology
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Drive a company-provided vehicle to customer locations
What We're Looking For
5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Proven ability to independently diagnose and complete HVAC repairs
$750K+ in verifiable annual revenue production
Active EPA Universal Certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional, dependable, and safety-focused
Comfortable working independently in residential homes
Sales or service-upgrade experience is a plus
Must pass a drug screening
