Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Technician who can also handle light commercial service, maintenance, and small‑scale replacements. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and confident working independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (1–5 ton)
- Perform light commercial service on RTUs, split systems, and small packaged units
- Conduct seasonal tune‑ups, inspections, and system performance evaluations
- Install residential equipment, accessories, and basic duct modifications
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- Complete work orders, documentation, and job notes accurately
- Maintain company tools, vehicle, and equipment
- Participate in rotating on‑call schedule (if applicable)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience required
- Light commercial experience strongly preferred
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments
- NATE certification a plus (not required)

Schedule
