Job Overview

Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing installations and repairs in accordance with local codes and industry standards.
- Review project details and coordinate with the sales or project team to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Complete installations on time while maintaining quality and minimizing material waste.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues professionally and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at each job site.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with homeowners.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of residential plumbing service experience required.
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, installations, and repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
