Working onsite as the Journeyperson Electrician supporting HVAC installation, training of apprentices, and building out our Electrical division as we grow.
Key Tasks:
Installs and monitors performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement
Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using appropriate tools and testing instruments
Leads, guides, and/or trains other electricians in applicable procedures and techniques
Repairs and maintains motor control centers and programmable logic controls (1000 volt and below)
Plans electrical secondary system additions or modifications
May perform work of lower-level electricians
Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
Reads, employs, and updates electrical panel schedules
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Over the first year, these are the key performance objectives we will expect you to meet:
During the first 30 days:
Running 3-6 calls a day to do the work or assist others in properly installing and servicing electrical calls
Work with Managers to and coordinators to understand our electrical needs and wants
Work with your Managers to determine the right tools and needs for all electricians supplies for daily usage
Review current electrical truck stock material list and update as needed
During the first 90 days:
Work with management team on creating training for all electricians and HVAC Installers
Work with Management team to develop work safety and awareness of electrical safety
Fully understand service titan process for running calls and department documents needed when running calls
Working with management team on what type of work we want to add to electrical division
Meet department HCC goals (60%) conversion on new opportunities
Obtain a minimum of 1 online review for every 20 completed calls
Meet or exceed department revenue budget and gross margin goal
Hold staff to quality standards including work performance and appearance
Commits to sitting for the Master test with in 1-2 years
Desired Skills & Experience
Valid License- Journey
Experience in Residential and or Light Commercial
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Requirements: Ability to pass prescreening requirements: Clear 9-panel drug test, background check, and a clean motor vehicle report for the past three years
