Schedule:

• 8am-5pm (flexibility per customer needs)
• 40 hours per week including weekends

Qualifications:

• MD Journeyman License (or within a month of taking test)
• Minimum of 4 years’ electrical experience, including at least 2 years residential service experience
• Prior ServiceTitan experience is a plus!
• Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to NEC-compliant workmanship
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record; ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Customer-focused, reliable, and able to work independently while following company best practices

Responsibilities:

• Perform service & troubleshooting, panel upgrades, whole home rewiring & surge protection, light commercial (small offices), EV charger installation, fixtures, Smart Home repair/installation, and outdoor lighting repair/installation.
• Work independently out of a company-provided vehicle stocked with tools and technology.
• Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems to NEC code and company standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, document work and complete service tickets.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and safety compliance; keep the van clean and organized.
