Residential Journeyman Service Electrician

Position Type: Full-Time

Sign-On Bonus: $4,000.00

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential electrical systems, main breaker panels, subpanels, and EV charging stations.
  
• Perform electrical conduit bending, circuit tracing, outlet/switch installations, and service panel upgrades.
  
• Read and interpret residential blueprints, single-line diagrams, and technical schematics.
  
• Interact directly with homeowners to explain necessary repairs, outline options, and deliver top-tier customer service.
  
• Maintain accurate digital work orders, job notes, and inventory tracking for each service call.
  
• Uphold strict safety procedures and ensure all work fully complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) guidelines.
  

• • Valid Residential Journeyman Electrician License or Wireman License in [State/Region].
    

• • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a residential service electrician.
    
  • Thorough knowledge of current NEC guidelines and local residential building codes.
    
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and professional communication skills.
    
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders, and comfortably work in attics and crawlspaces.
    

• Sign-On Bonus: $4,000.00 (paid out according to company payout schedule)
  
• Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour (commensurate with experience and certifications)
