We’re seeking a motivated Residential Landscape Project Sales Representative to join our Seattle -based team. This is a great chance to handle sales, close deals on outdoor projects, and earn strong commissions while growing your career in a supportive environment.

    What You’ll Do: 
    <\/div>
    • Identify sales leads and conduct consultations to understand client needs for residential landscapes 
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Estimate project costs and create detailed proposals 
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Present proposals and close sales on custom outdoor projects (not all projects require designs) 
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals 
      <\/span><\/li>
    • Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project hand off; share projects with seasoned designers when needed (resulting in a small commission split) ; continue to support the client relationship during installation

      Requirements<\/h3>
      • Experience in sales, preferably in landscaping, home improvement, or related fields <\/span>
        <\/span><\/li>
      • Proven track record of closing home improvement projects and meeting sales targets <\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Horticultural proficiency is essential, along with knowledge of design concepts and construction estimating <\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strong communication and relationship -building skills <\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Passion for client -focused sales <\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Professional and approachable demeanor <\/span>
        <\/li>
      • CAD experience is a plus but not required <\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Availability for evening or Saturday appointments is required <\/span>
        <\/li>
      • No overnight travel <\/span>

        • Guaranteed base of $45,000 annually ($21.63/hour) <\/span>

        • 15% commission on installed revenue (net of write -offs and credits), with excess paid monthly <\/span>

          <\/li>
        • Target total compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 <\/span>
          <\/li>
