Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and build positive relationships
- Perform daily landscape maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, etc.
- Identify landscape needs and recommend improvements
- Generate new sales through upselling to existing customers and attracting new customers in the field
Qualifications
- Passion for working in the landscape industry
- Self-motivated and driven
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work well with customers and coworkers
- Efficient and Detail Oriented
- Pruning knowledge and experience is a plus
- Knowledge of small engine maintenance is a plus
