Responsibilities
Provide an exceptional customer experience and build positive relationships
Perform daily landscape maintenance services, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, etc.
Identify landscape needs and recommend improvements
Generate new sales through upselling to existing customers and attracting new customers in the field
Qualifications
Passion for working in the landscape industry
Self-motivated and driven
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
Ability to work well with customers and coworkers
Efficient and Detail Oriented
Pruning knowledge and experience is a plus
Knowledge of small engine maintenance is a plus
