Responsibilities:

• Providing outstanding customer service to all prospects and customers over the phone, text and via email.
• Acting as a brand ambassador with prospects and customers.
• Facilitating opportunities to help strengthen the company's employee community.
• Delivering exceptional experiences to our staff and helping them grow as employees.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compensation:

Salary $40,000 - $48,000 per year.
