Residential Lead HVAC Installer

A great family-owned home service company is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to take charge of residential installation projects across the Greater Boston area. You’ll lead a crew, ensure quality work from start to finish, and be the person customers and your team can count on.

 

Background & Compliance

• Background check required

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

 

What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to completion

• Supervise and mentor apprentices and helper technicians on the job

• Install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to manufacturer and code standards

• Coordinate with dispatchers, project managers, and customers for smooth scheduling

• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure quality control

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

• Complete all job documentation accurately

 

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems, including ductwork and equipment

• Boiler experience is a strong plus

• Proven ability to lead a crew and manage a job site

• EPA 608 certification preferred

• Professional attitude and strong customer communication skills
