Residential Maintenance & Renovation Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential Maintenance & Renovation Technician to join our team. This role involves performing routine maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects across residential properties. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in multiple trades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, etc.)
• Complete residential renovation projects including kitchens, bathrooms, and interior upgrades
• Diagnose issues and determine best solutions in a timely manner
• Install fixtures, appliances, cabinetry, and other household components
• Conduct property inspections and preventative maintenance
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and homeowners

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in residential maintenance, construction, or renovation
• Strong knowledge of multiple trades (handyman-level or higher)
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
• Basic understanding of construction, electrical and plumbing  (HVAC systems a plus)
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record (driving company van)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various physical conditions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Must have own small tools (hammer, pliers, screwdriver, drill etc....)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Trade certification or formal training
• Experience with remodeling projects
• Familiarity with property management maintenance systems

Schedule:
