Arbors Management is seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Butler, PA. Key Responsibilities
Core Repairs: Perform daily troubleshooting and repairs in plumbing (leaks, fixtures, clogs), basic electrical (switches, outlets, lights), and carpentry (drywall repair, doors, locks, cabinet hardware).
Unit Turnovers: Efficiently prepare vacant units for new residents, including patching, painting, and light turnover repairs.
Digital Work Orders: Receive, update, and close out daily maintenance requests right from your smartphone or tablet.
On-Call Rotation: Participate in a predictable, shared emergency on-call schedule for after-hours urgent issues.
What We're Looking For
Experience: 2+ years in apartment maintenance, facilities management, or residential construction preferred.
Communication Skills: Able to build rapport and communicate effectively with tenants and other staff.
Adaptable to Tech: Ability to use a smartphone/tablet for work order management and company communication.
Dependability: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a commitment to quality work.
Transportation: Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
