Residential Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

In addition to be trustworthy and dependable the right person must be able to multitask, easily adjust to changing direction, follow instructions and take pride in their work.

Requirements:
•Perform unit turnovers efficiently to include such things as paint & wall repair, cleaning, filter change, cleaning and clean out of units including trash removal and furniture.

•Ability to maintain a high level of customer service when greeting and interacting with residents and owners.

•Minor plumbing repair to include such things as faucet repair/replacement, shower adjustments and drain issues. Previous experience with water heaters is a plus.

•Electrical to include such things as changing of outlets, lights and troubleshooting.

This is a fulltime position with a Monday – Friday schedule. Attend to occasional emergency (pre-screened) after hours calls when dispatched. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel to job sites, pick up materials and work independently.
