Residential Make-Ready Facilities Technician

What you’ll do

• Own apartment turnovers: paint, clean, repair, and prepare units
• Handle building upkeep and general property maintenance
• Tackle light construction, sanitation, and mechanical tasks
• Maintain grounds: landscaping and snow removal
• Use powered tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Coordinate with outside vendors and skilled trades on larger projects
• Team up to meet timelines and deliver consistent quality

Role details

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20 – $22 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

What it takes to succeed

• Regularly lift 25 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Experience in facilities maintenance, construction, landscaping, or groundskeeping (required)
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems (a plus)
• Strong communication and project list management
• Mechanically inclined; confident with powered tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
