Residential Manager - Avenue 7:

The Residential Manager provides supervision to residential staff, oversees implementation of the identified supports outlined in Individual Support Agreement, and monitors the budget of the residence. They are responsible for ensuring all state and federal regulatory requirements are met and program specific trainings are provided.  

The Residential Manager works with individuals and their team to implement comprehensive services that reflect the individual’s needs in both a residential setting and in the community. The Residential Manager supports with skill building, community integration, clinical support, vocational/school support, and defines and implements therapeutically appropriate crisis response plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership to service teams, including fostering collaborative approach to service delivery, training on regulatory updates and changes, and oversight of the approved services
  • Coordinates with nursing staff regarding medications, training, and consultation
  • Conducts regular meetings with client teams
  • Recruits, trains, and supervises residential staff
  • Monitors utilization of service and facilities transition planning as needed
  • Completes and reviews required program documentation
  • Provides evening and weekend Oncall support in a team rotation
  • Develops, coordinates, executes, and evaluates intervention and behavioral support strategies to support clients’ and community safety, and the physical wellbeing of clients
  • Monitors the budget of the residence
  • Coordinates and provides direct support as needed
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Driving required

Requirements:

  • Six years' combination of skills, experience and/or education in human services 
  • Qualified Development Disability Professional
  • Valid drivers license and use of a personal vehicle

Structure:

  • Full time (37.5 hours)
  • Exempt
  • Annual salary starting at $49,493.17
  • We offer a competitive salary commensurate to experience
