Residential Manager II

Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for supporting people with disabilities? We are looking for a Residence Manager II to oversee the daily operations of a residential home while leading a dedicated team in providing high-quality, person-centered care. We currently have opportunities available in residential homes located in Malta and Middle Grove, New York.

What You'll Do: 

• Manage day-to-day operations of the residence
• Supervise, schedule, train, and support DSP staff
• Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations, agency policies and documentation standards
• Manage household budgets
• Promote community engagement activities
• Participate in an on-call rotation, providing leadership and support outside of regular business hours as scheduled

Qualifications: 

• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience (preferred) 
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license

Compensation: 

• Starting rate: $31.46 / hour 
• Additional on-call compensation for scheduled on-call responsibilities
