Residential AccountantThe Residential Accountant will be responsible for all financial matters related to the Residence Club business. Duties include month‑end closings, reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and preparation of all internal and external audit requirements.Key responsibilities:Post invoices and payments accurately into the accounting software.Reconcile and prepare monthly condo reconciliations.Maintain and prepare direct billing for all residential unit owners, including back‑up and receivable statements for monthly billing.Ensure timely collection of all HOA dues and residential folios.Maintain and update residential financial logs and systems, including move‑in/move‑out, resale, lease, rental program, and owner list.Work closely with Residential Management to ensure accurate billing and receivables each month.Coordinate and manage day‑to‑day operations of the residential entity.Process all PO invoices via Birchstreet for residential expenses.Develop and enforce residential service and product quality standards.Maintain proper filing and archiving of information per IRS and company policy.Prepare documentation related to unit sales such as estoppel letters and condo questionnaires.Answer telephone calls at the residences concierge desk and deliver messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters, etc., to condominiums.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesRequired qualifications include a degree in Accounting or Finance and at least two years of finance experience.
