Residential Plumber

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Residential** Plumber / Pipefitter** with extensive experience in black iron gas pipe installation. This role involves layout, threading, measuring, cutting, and installing gas lines for residential and light commercial applications. If you take pride in precise craftsmanship, clean threads, and airtight safety standards, we want you on our team.

Core Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, thread, and assemble black iron pipe, valves, and fittings according to blueprints and local building codes.
• Install gas lines safely for appliances, heating systems, and meters in residential and light commercial properties.
• Conduct pressure testing (air and gas) to ensure 100% leak-free, safe installations.
• Work skillfully with mechanical tools, pipe threaders, cutters, reamers, and pipe wrenches.
• Collaborate with site supervisors to handle layout adjustments efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience specifically working with black iron gas pipe installation.
• Strong proficiency in reading blue prints and executing layout work.
• Possession of standard plumbing/hand tools and trade-specific gear.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong commitment to job site safety and code compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:
