A leader in residential home services is hiring for Residential Service Plumbers to service the area around their facility in Lititz, PA. This role serves homeowners across the region and focuses on high-quality service, clear communication, and job ownership from start to finish.
These are 1st shift openings, 7:30am to 3:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures, including water heaters, re-pipes, well pumps, water treatment equipment, and kitchen/bath components.
- Present solutions, pricing, and options to homeowners and obtain approval before work.
- Complete work neatly and efficiently while upholding integrity and first-time quality.
- Document findings, estimates, and work performed on an iPad; close out accurate, timely paperwork.
- Mentor less experienced technicians and model safe, professional jobsite behavior.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with the service team as needed.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
- Valid driver's license with insurable record.
- Proficiency with mobile workflow tools; ability to draft professional emails.
- ServiceTitan experience a plus.
- Journeyman or Master Plumber license a plus.
- Ability to work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and outdoors; lift and carry as required.
