Residential Plumber - New Construction
Location: Kalida, OH
Pay: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience, plus performance incentives
Schedule: Full-Time | Year-Round Employment

What You'll Do
- Install plumbing systems for residential new construction projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Ensure installations meet company standards and local codes
- Coordinate with builders, contractors, and team members
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site
- Deliver quality workmanship that reflects our reputation for excellence
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of plumbing experience
- Experience with residential new construction plumbing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
