Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour (depending on experience) + bonuses, commissions, and incentives | $80,000-$100,000+ total earning potential

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

On-Call: Rotating / Flexible

Horne Heating and Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced Residential Plumbing Install Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, solving problems, and building long-term customer trust. This role is ideal for a skilled plumber who enjoys working independently, diagnosing issues accurately, and helping homeowners restore comfort, safety, and reliability in their homes.

As a Residential Plumbing Install Technician, you will install new and replace old residential plumbing systems, perform water heater replacements, install filtration systems, Re-pipes, and deliver excellent customer service on every call. Compensation and Benefits:

What You'll Do: Install residential plumbing systems, including re-piping, drain lines, and water systems. Install both tanked and tankless water heaters, residential water filtration systems, and communicate clearly with homeowners regarding the installation. Maintain professionalism, organization, and service quality.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
• Strong installation skills for the entire plumbing system
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, outdoors, and elevated spaces
• Basic plumbing tools
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship
