What You''ll Do
Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
Troubleshoot leaks, water pressure issues, fixtures, piping, and drain systems
Service, repair, and replace traditional and tankless water heaters
Install and maintain residential water filtration and treatment equipment
Explain repair options and recommendations to homeowners in a professional, easy-to-understand manner
Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle
Deliver exceptional workmanship while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Occasionally assist with light HVAC or mini-split related support when needed
What We''re Looking For
At least two years of residential plumbing service experience
Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities
Experience servicing water heaters, tankless systems, and water treatment equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoor environments
Own basic plumbing hand tools
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Desire to continue developing technical knowledge and skills
