Charles Towne Plumbing is hiring an experienced Service Plumber to join our growing team. This is a customer-facing residential service role for someone who knows how to troubleshoot, communicate clearly, offer solutions, and complete quality plumbing work the right way the first time. The ideal candidate has strong service experience, takes pride in their workmanship, and enjoys a work-life balance with no nights or weekends on-call.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems.
• Handle service calls, including leaks, clogs, drains, water heaters, fixtures, sewer issues, and general plumbing repairs.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide honest, professional recommendations.
• Present options and sell appropriate plumbing solutions.
• Use ServiceTitan or similar field service software for scheduling, billing, notes, and job updates.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized service vehicle.
• Arrive on time, follow company standards, and deliver clean, respectful workmanship.
• Represent Charles Towne Plumbing with integrity, professionalism, and Southern hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience preferred.
• Residential service plumbing experience strongly preferred.
• Candidates with strong construction plumbing experience plus some customer-facing service experience may be considered.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software such as Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldPulse, or FieldEdge is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers and explaining repair options.
• Professional appearance and pride in quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 Employee
• Estimated earnings: $80,000-$150,000+ per year, with top performers able to earn more based on sold, completed, and collected work.
• Piece-rate performance pay structure with weekly pay tier opportunities:
• 0-29.99 sold hours: $67.50 per sold hour
• 30-39.99 sold hours: $72.50 per sold hour
• 40+ sold hours: $77.50 per sold hour
• Technicians are paid based on the higher of performance pay or applicable hourly base pay.
• Paid time off and holiday pay.

• No nights or weekends on-call.
• Signing bonus up to $3,000 available for qualified candidates; terms apply.
