We are actively looking for a Residential Plumbing Service Technician to join our Poughkeepsie team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential homes, all while delivering excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues accurately.
• Complete repairs safely, efficiently, and ideally on the first visit.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining repair and replacement options.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience on every call.
• Use ServiceTitan (or similar platforms) to prepare and present estimates.
• Maintain and organize the service vehicle and inventory.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including one Saturday per month, paid at a premium rate.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of plumbing-related experience (residential plumbing preferred).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Professional appearance and clear, customer-friendly communication skills.
• Dependability, integrity, and a solid work ethic.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management platforms.
• OSHA 10 or other trade-related certifications.
• Basic HVAC experience is a plus.
• Desire for ongoing education and skill development in the plumbing and HVAC industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

• W-2 employment status.
• Performance-based pay with bonus opportunities.
• Estimated annual earnings of $80,000 - $150,000+, based on performance and workload.

Schedule & Expectations:

• Core hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.
• Shared evening and after-hours on-call rotation for emergency service.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance, representing Lambert Plumbing & Heating with pride.
• Keep service vehicles, tools, and inventory well-organized.
