We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Porter to maintain the property's cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance. This role is essential for ensuring our guests and residents experience a well-maintained and welcoming living environment every day.
What you'll do
Maintain cleanliness of common areas including lobby, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and amenity spaces
Remove trash and recycling from designated areas
Operate freight elevator as needed for residents and vendors
Clean exterior entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds
Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damages promptly
Support the maintenance team with light duties
Assist with deliveries and moving items when required
Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests, residents and staff
Qualifications
Previous porter, janitorial, housekeeper or maintenance experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean spaces
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and follow directions.
