POSITION OVERVIEW

The Residential Post-Sales Coordinator is a mission-critical role that keeps our sales, production, and customer service functions operating in perfect sync. You will serve as the central point of contact between our residential sales team, our production office, and our customers ensuring every job moves from signed contract to completed installation without a hitch.

Key Responsibilities

Job & Production Management
  • Assemble complete job packets with verified accuracy before handoff to production.
  • Track every residential job from contract execution through installation and final completion.
  • Coordinate and schedule installation dates in alignment with sales staff and production capacity.
  • Process Line Locate requests through Texas 811 in a timely and compliant manner.

Customer & Payment Processing
  • Process customer payments accurately and promptly, including deposits and final invoices.
  • Manage inbound customer calls and inquiries with a warm, professional, and solution- focused approach.
  • Keep customers proactively informed of scheduling updates and project milestones.

Sales Team Support
  • Manage residential sales staff calendars, coordinate appointments, and maintain scheduling accuracy.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the residential sales team to maximize their selling time.
  • Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate team members efficiently and professionally.

Administrative Operations
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems; scan, file, and manage documents with consistency.
  • Greet office visitors and handle general correspondence, including emails and routine inquiries.
  • Uphold established workflows while continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
