Please note the Program Manager II role supervises two residential programs with one location in Burnsville and the other location in Richfield.
FLSA Status: Full-time, Salary, Exempt
FTE: 1.0 (40 hours per week)
Hiring Range: $56,160 - $65,988

Your Impact:
What youll need:
A minimum of three years experience providing direct care to people living with developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions.
Required qualifications of a Designated Coordinator, including:
A bachelors (BA) degree in a field related to human services and 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 or older
OR an associate (AA) degree in a field related to human services and 2 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older
OR a diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited post-secondary institution and 3 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older
OR a minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and 4 years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 or older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in 1 to 3 above
Must possess effective listening skills and strong overall social and communication skills
Must be able to pass a Department of Human Services background clearance
Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, acceptable driving record, and proof of auto insurance required
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbally
