Residential Program Program Director - Group Home

The Residential Program Director for Group Homes is responsible for overseeing multiple group home facilities, ensuring high-quality care and effective program management. This role requires direct collaboration with the Executive Director to implement and monitor programs that support the needs of residents while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple group home residential programs
• Manage and supervise residential program staff
• Provide support and crisis intervention to clients as needed
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Manage program budgets and resource allocation
• Deliver staff training and professional development
• Prepare and submit program reports to the Executive Director
• Implement quality assurance measures to maintain program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential program management
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Strong skills in program development and staff supervision
• Proficient in crisis intervention and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing budgets
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Effective problem-solving skills
