The Opportunity

We are hiring a Project Consultant to own the front-end of our residential projects — from first conversation to signed contract and clean handoff to production. This is a career role for a construction-savvy professional who wants to guide homeowners through important decisions, not just "close the deal."

You will work with qualified, inbound leads (no cold calling), use a structured consultative process, and collaborate closely with estimating and production so projects are sold correctly and set up to succeed. Top performers in this role earn $125,000–$200,000+ per year with full benefits.


What You'll Do

  • Lead homeowners through a structured, consultative sales process from initial inquiry to signed agreement.
  • Conduct in-home and office consultations to clarify scope, design direction, timeline, and investment level.
  • Develop and present clear, accurate project proposals that align client expectations with our build process and budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, estimating, and production to ensure projects are sold profitably and set up for smooth execution.
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities with strong organization, timely follow-up, and consistent communication.
