Residential Construction Project ManagerOur client is a full-service Residential General Contractor that has been serving the Central Jersey market for over NUMBER years. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a motivated Project Manager to help lead their residential construction operations.The Residential Construction Project Manager will:Provide overall leadership and coordination for residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeoutManage and develop project team members to maximize performance and professional growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, subcontractors, and vendorsAdminister owner contracts, subcontract agreements, and vendor commitmentsEstablish, communicate, and maintain project schedulesManage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reportingMonitor project costs and implement strategies to maintain budget objectivesCoordinate procurement, material deliveries, and subcontractor schedulesOversee Quality Assurance and Quality Control efforts throughout constructionLead project meetings and maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholdersIdentify project risks and develop solutions to mitigate potential issuesEnsure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client expectationsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
