Luxury Residential Project ManagerWork on custom luxury residential projects up to $15M+. Competitive package with up to $140K base + vehicle allowance and benefits.About Our ClientThis position is with a reputable small-sized company specializing in high end luxury custom residential. Known for its commitment to quality and excellence, the company focuses on delivering tailored solutions and building lasting relationships with clients.Job DescriptionManage residential construction projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Monitor site progress and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports for internal and client use.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes at all project sites.Communicate effectively with clients to address their needs and provide project updates.Manage procurement of materials and resources required for construction projects.Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
