Job Description
- Manage luxury residential projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
- Oversee estimating activities for custom home builds, including takeoffs and pricing.
- Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
- Review drawings, scopes, and bid documents with a high level of detail.
- Work closely with ownership, architects, and high-net-worth clients.
- Ensure quality craftsmanship and high-touch client communication throughout.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Oversee site visits to ensure work aligns with design intent and luxury standards.
- Build strong relationships with regional specialty subcontractors.
- Maintain strong control over timelines, budgets, and project expectations.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience in luxury or high-end custom residential construction.
- Strong experience working in Minneapolis, MN luxury markets.
- Ability to read and interpret complex architectural/ID drawings and bid packages.
- Exceptional communication skills and detail-oriented mindset.
- Able to collaborate directly with owners, architects, and high-profile clients.
- Demonstrated stability and strong project delivery track record.
