MK Development is seeking a highly organized and experienced Residential Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing daily project operations, coordinating subcontractors, supporting permitting and procurement activities, monitoring project budgets and schedules, and ensuring that work is completed safely, accurately, and to the premium quality standards expected in luxury residential construction.
The Residential Project Manager will travel regularly between local project sites, primarily in Fairfax County, Arlington County, Washington, DC, and nearby Maryland. The ideal candidate possesses strong residential construction knowledge including existing relationships with local vendors/subcontractors, excellent communication skills, and the agility to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
