A growing property management organization is seeking a Residential Property Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of its residential portfolio in Brockton, MA. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in coordinating maintenance, tenant communication, and administrative functions.

The Residential Property Coordinator will act as a key point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring that properties are well-maintained and operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Top Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of property management, housing, or administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance requests preferred
  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Yardi) is a plus
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and efficiently
