Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily site setup, cleanup, and material handling
- Perform basic demolition (e.g., removing cabinets, trim, flooring)
- Support installation of framing, drywall, cabinetry, doors, plumbing fixtures, etc.
- Work alongside skilled team members to learn techniques and tools
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE
- Make supply runs as needed (mileage reimbursement available)
- Continuously grow your skills through hands-on experience

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction or remodeling
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Comfortable lifting 50lbs and working on active job sites
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in showing up prepared
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong sense of accountability and willingness to take ownership of tasks
- Must be able to pass a background check

We take pride in creating beautiful spaces and happy clients—from bathroom makeovers to full-home transformations. We're looking to bring on an enthusiastic and reliable Remodeling Assistant with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, or a similar trade.
