Roofers will perform tear‑offs, repairs, and full installations on residential homes.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform full tear‑offs of existing residential roofing systems
- Install asphalt shingles, underlayment, flashing, drip edge, and ventilation components
- Complete roof repairs, patching, and leak diagnostics
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe jobsite
- Work at heights and on various roof pitches
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate effectively with crew leaders, homeowners, and project managers
